VIBEALITE one of the UK's longest running 'rave promoters' hits it's 10th year in the game with the release of their first compilation featuring the legendary STU ALLAN and the 'scratchmaster' himself DJ SY. VIBEALITE who in their 10 years have created a huge 'family of ravers' throughout the country with their awesome productions and DJ line ups at venues from the massive Fantasy Island, Sanctuary, Venue 44 and their now current home Leicester University.
The VIBEALITE crew have decided now is the right time to release an album which captures the 'vibe' of the past 10 years and how the music has changed and evolved over time - it is the official 'history' of their events. Now there could only ever be two DJ's that would represent VIBEALITE - both who have been a firm fixture on the DJ line ups and have been without doubt the 'ravers choice'.
First up is the legendary STU ALLAN who in his 21 years as a DJ has been witness to many a musical scene - now best known for his legendary 'old skool sets' which sees him playing at events nationwide to a loyal and devoted hardcore following and a permanent fixture at VIBEALITE since day one. His mix takes the listener from the very first VIBEALITE event back in '93 to 96' - with a selection from Mc Lethal, Scott Brown, Ultimate Buzz, Paul Elstak, Visa & Tiny Tot of much sort after classic cuts that will bring a smile to the face of many an old skool raver.
On form as always DJ SY a man synonyms with the hardcore scene picks up the baton and leads the charge on disc 2. SY delivers a cracking mix in his individual style - picking up where STU ALLAN left off with a storming selection of classic and future classic hardcore tracks from '97 to the present day from Force and Styles, Ham, Demo & Justin Time, Slippery Project, Vinylgroover and Sy himself.
VIBEALITE'S 'HISTORY OF HARDCORE' will no doubt be a must buy for the many thousands of VIBEALITE die-hard regulars both past & present but also for the world-wide family of hardcore ravers - that would like to share in their amazing history.
