 RAINDANCE 22nd MAY 2004

Wot a night.

Approaching the Arches we could hear the thumping sound systems & upon
entering the SeOne Club i was transported back to MY raving days of 88-93.
The venue was absolutely brilliant with stalls, bars & backdrops in every
corner.

Grotty maybe for the younger generation use to plush carpets & loo roll but
perfect in every way for me, my crew & all of the other hundreds of happy
ravers. My crew consisting of myself, being 33 & the youngest being 21 who's
birthday we were out celebrating, yet again proving that where the rave
scene/music is concerned there is NO generation gap.

Jenkins Lane - my home for much of the night was the perpect time for
introducing my younger family to MY era, being musically educated & knowing
most of the tunes we all united as one bouncing together to such classics
including 'Tears',  'Rescue Me' & 'Passion'  whilst being entertained
visually by the screens playing original Raindance & Sunrise raves .

As always the sets that I attended were out of this world, Vibe, Squirrel &
of course The Ratpack being top of my list.

The only negative thing about the night was that my 7 or so hours of music &
dancing pleasure flew by far tooooo fast. Can't wait till the next Raindance
in September - c u there.
