Since the release of the first volume in the series "HARDCORE - A NEW BEGINNING", the scene has gone from strength to strength. New developments in computer software and studio technology have encouraged more and more new producers to enter the market, bringing with them some fresh and exciting ideas. Unlike the UK scene where the music is dominated by a few producers, Holland and Italy seem to have great music coming from young and old producers alike. This compilation is testament to that.
