As probably 80% of the population do or have done drugs in their time, its still hard to believe that there so illegal, but unfortunately they are, so here is a rough guide to what can happen if you get caught, and its not just for the serious drug dealer. you can get done with a single pill in your pocket, so please be warned and if you cant be good be careful.
We will start with what the drugs are classed at so you know just how much risk you are taking.
CLASS A: Heroin—ecstasy—crack—cocaine (top risk)
CLASS B: Amphetamines—acid (medium risk)
CLASS C: Steroids—magic mushrooms—valium—cannabis (low risk)
Next the penalties you can get if you get caught…
Starting with plane possession:
CLASS A: Up to SEVEN years in jail, yes SEVEN years and could be for a single pill found in your possession, just hope you don’t get the wrong judge at the wrong time.
I know its very unlikely that anything would happen with the very minimal of drugs found but I know someone that got found with one pill at a rave and he got turned over to the police and within 20 minutes his mum + dads house was being raided, so be warned, even if its personal sometimes they don’t want to see it that way, or you just get a c*nt that decides he doesn’t like you!!
CLASS B: Up to FIVE years in jail plus a fine, yet again read above, although they are getting more lenient you just might get the arsehole who is totally against drugs.
CLASS C: Up to two years in jail and a fine but is very unlikely but still don’t get caught just in case.
Now a bit more serious, if you get found with more than the very minimum (depends what mood there in) then they will try and do you for intent to supply and in some cases you only need three or four pills and your stuffed, if they think you cant take that many then they will do you, even if you get found innocent it will probably only be after a long case at the crown court.
CLASS A: Up to LIFE in jail plus on top of that an unlimited fine, I know that sort of sentence is probably only given out to the more serious dealer but just imagine how old you will be by the time you get out, is that worth the few quid you make?? think about it??
CLASS B: Up to FOURTEEN years in jail plus a hefty fine on top, all I can say is read above
CLASS C: Up to FIVE years in jail plus a fine, yeah maybe not as serious but if you do go down what a waste!!!!
Now for all you serious dealers out there (if all you do is personal or sell a bit to friends etc. you shouldn’t need to read this bit)
If you get done for supplying then you must have been extremely unlucky or you sell all the time, yes I know someone has to but the police don’t see it that way so there going to come down extra hard on you and probably your family as well so please be warned and be very careful (checkout who your selling to, don’t carry to much, and hide your stash extremely well, even where the dogs wont find it).
CLASS A: Up to LIFE in prison, unlimited fine, and seizure of anything of yours they think has been brought from drug money including your beloved car or your house or just about anything, just think what the misses will do to you let alone the old bill.
CLASS B: Up to FOURTEEN years in jail plus a fine.
CLASS C: Up to FIVE years in jail plus a huge fine.
Although they are getting more lenient and even trying to legalize cannabis and make ecstasy a non harmful drug, these are still a long way away and some people are still very anti drugs, so please just be careful.
